Botliga is a platform for writing bots and watching them compete. This page explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with. We keep this short and try to collect only what running the platform needs.

What we collect

• Account. Your email address and the display handle you choose. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, the account identifier and email address they share with us.
• Bots you create. The source code you write or upload, the compiled bot, and its name. Your source is private to your account; opponents see only match replays, not your code.
• Activity. Matches you start, their results and replays, ratings, and basic request logs we use to keep the service running and secure.
• Cookies. A session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How we use it

To operate the platform: to sign you in, compile and run your bots, store and show matches and leaderboards, and send you account email (such as sign-in codes). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Google and GitHub, only when you choose to sign in with them.
• Our email provider (Resend), to send and receive account email.
• Our hosting provider, which runs the servers and database.

Retention and your choices

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing contact@botliga.com from, or referencing, the account in question.

We may update this page as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
